Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 July 2026 · hello@iamorganista.com

These Terms govern your use of the Organista application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Organista provides AI-assisted business coaching, planning tools, and related content. It is an educational and productivity tool to help you think through and plan your business. It is available on a free tier (Spark) and paid tiers (Navigator and Maestro), and we may offer occasional free trials or promotional access.

2. Not professional advice, and no guaranteed results

Organista does not provide professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. The coaching, roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, canvas, and other outputs are for general guidance only and may contain errors. AI can make mistakes — always double-check important information and consult a qualified professional before significant financial or legal decisions. We do not guarantee any particular business result, income, or outcome. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.

3. Accounts

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

5. One-time add-ons

Alongside subscriptions, we offer one-time digital add-ons — for example the Logo & Website Blueprint, Product Launch Roadmap, Funding & Pitch Roadmap, Scale & Hire Roadmap, Brand & Rebrand Roadmap, and Customer Retention & Loyalty Kit. These are purchased individually through Paddle, delivered as generated digital content within the app, and are not part of a subscription. Prices are shown before purchase, and refunds for add-ons are covered in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property and AI-generated content

The Organista application, brand, methodology, and content are owned by us. The outputs generated for you (your roadmap, plans, canvas, and documents) are yours to use for your own business. Because outputs are generated by an AI model, similar content may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that any output is unique. You grant us permission to process your inputs to provide the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features, and update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organista is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made based on the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business. For questions, contact hello@iamorganista.com.
