This Privacy Policy explains how Organista ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Organista web application and website. We handle your data responsibly and only for the purposes described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email address, mobile number, country, and (optionally) your business name.
- Business content you enter: your answers within the business Spaces, budgets, business-model canvas, and other inputs you provide, so the app can generate your roadmap, plans, and coaching.
- Conversations with the AI coach, stored so you can return to them.
- Booking details: if you book a 1:1 consultation, the name, email, and topic you provide are handled through our scheduling provider (Calendly) to arrange the session.
- Quiz and assessment details: if you take one of our free online tests (such as the Single Room Test), we collect the name and WhatsApp number you enter, along with your result, so we can contact you about your session and send you your outcome. The quiz answers themselves are used only to calculate your result.
- Purchase records: which subscription tier and which one-time add-ons you have bought, so we can give you access and support.
- Usage information needed to operate the service (for example, your tier and daily usage counts).
- We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by Paddle (see section 5).
2. How we use your information
- To provide the service: generate your roadmap, plans, budgets, canvas, and personalised guidance.
- To manage your account, subscription, and access level.
- To send service communications (account activation, booking and subscription confirmations, and important notices).
- To contact you about a session you requested — by WhatsApp, email, or phone — if you gave us those details through a quiz or booking form. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- To improve the service and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Artificial intelligence
Coaching responses are generated by an AI model. To produce a response, the relevant parts of your inputs and recent conversation are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your reply. AI can make mistakes; its output is guidance, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice, and you should double-check important decisions.
4. Storage, cookies, and where data is processed
- Your data is stored securely in our application and database. Trusted providers (hosting, database, email, AI, scheduling, quiz and form storage, and payments) process data on our behalf strictly to operate the service. Details submitted through our online quizzes are stored in a private Google spreadsheet that only we can access.
- The app uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and save your progress. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Our providers may process data in countries outside your own; where this happens we rely on their security and data-protection commitments.
5. Payments
Subscriptions and payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information and issues invoices directly. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but not your full card details. See Paddle's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
6. Your rights
- You can access, correct, or delete your personal data and your conversations.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@iamorganista.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or similar regulations.
7. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except limited records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
8. Age
Organista is a tool for adults running or starting a business and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
